Overview
Amazon partnered with Engin to redefine their Workforce landing page. The existing site needed some TLC and Engin was able to bring a thoughtful POV that met the client and end-users needs.

Layout Overview
The landing page structure was simple and effective. Applicants were able to find relevant job info that pertained to their region.

Summary

The old site had some fundamental issues with the overall UX and UI design. The Amazon brand was not represented well and applicants were having a difficult time finding open job opportunities. Under a quick turnaround time, ENGIN was able to deliver and recommend a design solution that was welcoming and on-brand.

It was amazing to see what you can do when you get into an accelerated design sprint! At Engin, we were able to capitalize on the opportunity to be thought leaders and recommend an approach that would speak to the target audience while maintaining the character and spirit of the Amazon brand.
